Our Founding in 2000 was the beginning of the establishment of Venezia Properties as a project management/development firm of choice for institutions and non-profits engaged in development and construction activities. We serve as the owner's representative and advocate throughout the entire process. We operate under all current methods of project delivery, i.e. design-build, design-bid build, and various sale/lease back arrangements.
Our Trademark is the seamless integration of services from concept to completion for our clients in the creation of value and savings of dollars throughout the project. Change management is a key philosophy to which our company adheres. Change is inevitable, and pro-active intervention is the ability to direct that change in a manner that positively affects the outcome of a project. We collaborate with the owner, design professionals and contractors to evaluate, agree upon and integrate the change into the project with a pre-determined impact on cost and timing .
