The North Market Revitalization

Frederick, Maryland - Includes 95 units on-site and 279 units off-site. The program will introduce 65 units of ownership on-site.

Lawton, Oklahoma - Located 2 hours south of Oklahoma City, Bishop manor is the project of the Great Plains Improvement Foundation, an affiliate of the United Way Charities organization.

Ridge View

Green Castle, Pennsylvania - Located just north of Hagerstown, MD off RT. 81, Ridge View will meet a demand for affordable rental units in this area.

Valley View

Somerset, Pennsylvania - Located in western PA, just off interstate 76, Valley View will meet a demand for affordable rental units in this area.
